In the summer months the telegraph poles in the village are occupied by storks, they come back every summer before flying off again at the start of Autumn...

I used an exposure of about 30 seconds to get this shot.. manual focusing in the dark was a bit tricky! I could have really done with a telephoto lens here too...

Now welcome to TN Piotr, I just love this very different sort of shot, a few extra notes about the birds and the settings you used to obtain the shot.

Piotr, Creative approach to this shot. I would like to see the shot without the lamppost and wires.

I like this shot just because it's so "different". Don't believe I've seen any other night shot on TN of birds so you may be the 1st. The birds themselves almost seem be attached to each other in the shape of a heart. I can go for strange-cool!
