Stanislaw, Beautiful bird an well caught. Unfortunately the bird is rather small. I would suggest like the others to crop the image next time.
The bird has fine colours.

I like this bird a lot and it seems like you have the resolution available to crop it a bit more without losing quality. The composition is goos and I love the colors.
