Eee..cos sciemniasz, wcale nie macha on niczym! ;> hihi! A tak serio - gratulacje z okazji dobrego zdjecia pazia krolowej, widac, ze latwiej przyszlo Ci wykonanie fotki znacznie trudniejszego do sfotografowania zeglarza (jesli pamietam to wrzucales zdjecia z az 3 krajow, Bulgaria-Melnik, Ukraina-Krym, oraz Macedonia-Ohryda). Fajne sa takze workshopy, az sie lezka kreci w oku na wspomnienie o przemierzaniu tych murach kserotermicznych w okolicach Pinczowa pare lat temu... :)

Czesc Krzysiek!

Robi wrazenie! Sam dobrze pamietam pierwsze spotkanie z tym motylem i jego pierwsze zdjecie. Podoba mi sie to wspomnienie lata - szczegolnie sucho-sloneczna kolorystyka. A co do jesieni - niestety przyszla :-( Siedze w pracy i gardlo mnie boli.

First off...thank you so much. This is an honour coming from a distinguished photographer of places only a few have seen....
This particular butterfly is one which I have now seen once in each of two summers here in Cheney and captured them both times. I was never really satisfied with my capture..perhaps it is because mine were too "busy" with other things and this one has a a perfect background so as not to disturb the focus point. It is well seen and much appreciated sir. You are a scholar and a gentleman!

This is an excelent photo with this butterfly. You have got a very sharp image as you have chosen a very well addapted DOF. You have also made good use of the light rendering such bright and natural looking colors.

I hope you soon feel better but it'll probably do you good to have a day of rest with the company of TN!! You're lucky to have seen and captured this beauty in the summer. I haven't seen one here at all this year but they're not common here. Brilliant capture, very sharp indeed and the colours are lovely and natural. A beautiful soft background and very well composed too.

Sorry to hear that autumn had its effects on you already :( But i guess it's a matter of time for all of us.
Anyway, nice to see some new photos from you and congrats for this beautiful swallowtail! I didn't get any shots of this species this year, so you should be happy about this shot :)
Excellent POV here to view those beautiful colors and pattern on its wings, superb use of the DOF and great sharpness overall.

Superb fantastic shot of our favorite butterfly. :) Colors, lights, compo, sharpness, blurry bg are all top notch. Once I also managed to capture this specie (photo's still not on TN - but will), I know how difficult it is, because papilios don't sit too much on a flower and they're fast in flying. So, my deepest respect and congratulations to the photographer, and at the same time thanks so much for sharing this pleasant pic.
