Hi Agnieszka, I'm not sure what you're trying to show here. The lone bush could use sharpening and a change in your depth of field would have separated it better from the bushes on the fence line, the snow is dark (18% grey at work?) and the horizon looks like it is on an angle.

I think this pic gives a good impression of cold and low light: which is winter...
However, I'd rotate it to have an horizontal horizon and I'd change the composition, putting the lonely tree not in the middle of the photo.
