A very nice composition here. I like the framing with the willows in the foreground. This photo gives a somber feeling. I like the sepia effect here.

One of the important things in photography is a straight horizon. Thats something I mis here in this farther good composition, next time a straight horizon.

I agree with Jaap, you should straighten the horizon. I also think the photo needs more of a focal point, but it does contain a lot of atmosphere.
