Nice shot. The yellow colour and dof look fabulous. I would have liked it more if the spider were also in focus. Anyways, you have captured a great moment.

What a great capture Adrian. I love a photo with a story. The depth of focus is fantastic keeping the spider OOF and the prey in sharp focus. The color is wonderful too. Nice work.

Alez doskonale zdjecie! Najwiekszy problem w makrofotografii to to, ze jest taka 'techniczna', bezosobowa. Tymczasem twoje zdjecie pelne jest dramatyzmu, to zdjecie opowiada jakas historie. A do tego jest bardzo dobre techniczne. Super!

You managed to create an art shot using so dramatic situation. I am amazed a lot. Simply great narrow DOF and isolation of the main character from other part f scene/ Amazing smooth and pleasantly coloured surrounding and well detailed and at the same time nicely blurred spider. I really like this shot. The composition with the spider in the background and in soft focus contrasts nicely with the sharp focus on the prey. The soft, almost mono-color background works well. Excellent shot!

I really love this shot, excellent light, composition and colours but what really makes the photo unique is the dramatic scene of the approaching spider and the poor little beetle not aware of it. Wonderful work!! (and I'm not saying that because you're my bro, you know that anyway)

Nie ma co, dramaturgia w tym zdjeciu az sie czai! Swietna perspektywa i naprawde duzy klimat, czy to co bardzo wazne w dobrym zdjeciu :)
Tak na marginesie, ten chrzaszczyk nalezy do rodziny Nitidulidae, po polsku łyszczynkowate :)

This is just an amazing shot!!! the choice of focus makes it so atmospherical, seeing the spider blury at the back, ready to strike. The colours are amazing, all shades of yellow, and the composition is great too.
At my favorites allready!
