False Heath Fritillary

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi,
False Heath Fritillary (Melitaea diamina);(PL: Przeplatka diamina) is small and common species in Poland, this dark coloured butterfly likes sunny but wet meadows and forest roads, sometimes can be seen by the rivers and lakes.
On the picture we can see also mating insects, which are nice bonus to the composition;) Cropped from original, very srong sun light made some oversaturated areas which I tried to darker with shadow/highlight and curves in CS2.
Hope U like it,
cheers for watching and enjoy the day! |

Hallo Adrian
The details of this photo are nice, clear, sunny and sharp. The colours are lovely and pleasant. I like the composition too!! Great capture of not only the butterfly but also the vividly yellow coloured flower and the mating insects. You mananaged to capture and present three subjects all in one. Very well presented and really eye-catching details. Thanks for posting. It was a pleasure to look at. Kind regards
Anna

Hi Adrain
Lovely warm tones in this shot combined with sharp detail. The position of the butterfly is balanced by the insects. Well seen and captured.

Czesc Adrian!
Bardzo ladne zdjecie malego i kolorowego motyla. Na ogol trudno jest zlapac je z otwartymi skrzydlami. Ladne, sloneczne zdjecie, kolorowe, z letnim klimatem. Dodatkowo zalapaly sie w kadr dwie muchy w intymnej pozie :-)

Hello Adrian,
Very natural picture and lovely composition. I'm surprised that they are not more critiques for this pleasant picture.
Thanks and best regards
