Hi Agnieszka,

Mandarin ducks almost seem unreal as they are so highly decorated with color and pattern. Your color and sharpness are good. There are a couple of issues that would improve the photo (my personal opinion of course.) First the crop feels too tight to me. The bird needs more space above and in front to not feel so confined. Also, there is a lot of noise in the darker areas (water and tail) I did a workshop to remove a bit of it.

A very colourful capture of the mandarin Agnieszka.I like the way you have managed to fit the duck completley into the frame.

LOvely details on the plaumge , excellent colour captured with good sharpness.
Light i feel was not really conducive for your shot,and i think it has had its impact in the form of slight noise.

I tried a workshop for my own learning.Hope you wont mind.
