Very good shot my dear Karol, but this is not a snake. Thatīs a kind of legless lizard, or as we call here in Brazil, "Glass snake", because it usually break( lose) the tail to scape from predators. Another clue that this is not a snake, as you can see, this guy has eyelid, something that snakes are missing.

Ciekawa fotka, ale nie weza tylko jaszczurki - beznogiej co prawda, ale zawsze :) To padalec Anguis fragilis. To jedyna beznoga jaszczurka zyjaca w Polsce i zarazem 1 z 4 gatunkow w naszej faunie.
Gdybys byl zainteresowany szczegolami dotyczacymi pozostalych gatunkow rodzimej herpetofauny, zapraszam tutaj. Z kolej - tak dla zabawy tu wrzucilem swoja wersje portretu padalca :>
