Hi Mikolaj!

Birches are the most beautiful trees and they have something mystic. Maybe because they are "singing" as soon as the slightest breeze begins to blow...

Fromt the technical point of view, your picture shows a common problem concerning the exposure: your bright tones (white) are burned and the dark tones (black) are too dark. Both, the bright and dark tones, as a result lost almost all their details. If you look at your clouds you will notice that in large parts they are just white, without any structure, which does not correspond to the reality. To avoid this, I measure on the bright parts (clouds) and later, in my editing software, I lighten up the dark tones. So I can ensure that the details are preserved.

From my personal point of view, the tree is too centered, but this is not a critique because it depends on everyones personal preference.

your skies in poland seem to be very beautiful indeed. Ive posted a workshop of this pic i did very quickly, hope you dont mind, as the colours look a little unatural to me.

Super sky! I'm glad that you pulled the horizon down so we can see more of it. There seem to be triangles intersecting at the tree. A bright yellow one comes in from the right, and a green one from the front.

sky is very beautiful and big cloud tree and the grass make this photo symmetrical. You didnt mention the camera you used to capture this photo. And also I can see a breeze it helps to make a live picture.

Hi Mikolaj, I like to see birch trees and the backdrop of the huge sky works well. Some say it is good to have the main subject 2/3 across rather than in the centre but it looks fine to me. Maybe next time taking similar subjects, take several photos from slightly differing viewpoints and choose the most dynamic. Poland has some beautiful landscapes and it is good to see these through your lens. Murray.
