Very good macro, Greg. I like the contrasted colors and the great sharpness on the fore part, showing clearly it's grainy surface. These GRAPHOSOMA LINEATUM are out here too and are a very good subject for striking macros. They live mainly on ombelliferous plants, sometimes in large number. You just need eleven of start a coach job, but training might be hard ;-).

Hi Greg

Interesting bug. The colours are also interesting as tonight the All Blacks (New Zealand) played the first Rugby test against the Lions. Now, I say the colour of the bug is interesting as the All Blacks supporter colour is, well.... all black. Aren't you surprised..... Say: yes! and the supporter colour for the Lions is red... so who does this bug support for the Rugby tonight?

Grzegorz, I must say that here in Brazil we have Flamengo (www.flamengo.com.br).

One of the greatest football players ever (Zico) was a Flamengo player. Nowadays, Zico is Japan's coach.

Flamengo has the greatest number of supporters in Brazil - there are millions of them.

As for your photo, some noise that the Blur Tool could easily eliminate.
