I like the way the big one leans to the left.

Beautifully postprocessd, just how I like, with great contrast, detail and all the light range. We have picked over 80 Kg. of this one in one afternoon :D
Receip: Macrolepiota galician style:
Put some (not much) pieced mixed red & green bell peppers, oil on a very hot frying pan & the garlic cut into big pieces and the macrolepiotas (and salt). Cook until all the water has evaporated and the mushrooms begin to get roasty.
If you see that the garlic or pepper will burn before the fungi is cooked, take them out.
Once everything is cooked, pour it onto a dish of chip potatos, including the oit left.
Enjoy with a glass of good wine.
