[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Do yo know how hard is to photograph fungi in municipal parks? No, you don't :-)
And I'm not talking about lack of fungi there, I'm talking about people. You know, every young lady or mother with small child has got fear in her eyes when she see man [me!] with grim, unshaved face crossing her road deep inside forrest. Every woman thinks - killer, reaper or common psycho! Sometimes it is quite funny, but most of time it is not. Everytime in this kind of situation I sing quietly an old Marillion song -
Grendel :-)

[...]

As Grendel leaves his mossy home beneath the stagnant mere
Along the forest path he roams to hrothgars hall so clear
He knows that victory is secured, his charm will testify
His claws will drip with mortal blood, as moonbeams haunt the sky

Earth rim walker seeks his meals
Prepare the funeral pyres
The shapers songs no longer heal the fear
Within their eyes, [their eyes]

Silken membranes span his path, fingerprints in dew
Denizens of twilight lands humbly beg him through
Mother natures b***rd child shunned by leaf and stream
An alien in an alien land seeks solace within dreams
The shapers lies his poisoned tongue malign with mocking harp
Beguiling queen her innocence offends his icy heart

[...]

Enjoy :-)

Hello Grzegorz,
In spite of your obstacles you managed to get a fine shot of this little fungus. Fine details and I like the light and the colours.
I see your problem but as a woman photographer the problem is much worse - a man always seems to appear as one is lying down in the grass trying to catch something exciting!! ;-)
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

Gidday Greggzy!
A very amusing note to read :)
Especially the 'reaper' bit (I think you meant 'rapist') Reaper is a word for harvester (but also the 'grim reaper' who is the hooded spectre of death that carries a huge scythe with which to gather souls)
.... do you remember the reaper in Monty Pythons 'The Meaning Of life'?

.... Anyway,a jolly good fungi shot.
Lovely capture.
Well done.
Cheers
Steve

Yes Red Greg, I too think of you as grim and unshaven, and ready to kill for a photo. Actually, common psycho is a good name for you... I was a bit stumped with your Reaper too, but I like Steve's comments about that!!
But yes, you're a man with grim face and big scythe hunting in deep forest for innocent people and decapitating them - my kinda guy!!
Nice to know you.

BTW, good photo MF

Hi Grzegorz.
What a nice store you have told at note. I am impressed as well as I am amazed with your refined true art shot. Amazing and so poetic level of blurriness and details of the subject. So pleasant delicate colour palette. Terrific low POV and perfect composition. Bravo. Well done.
Alexei.

Hi Greg,
Seeing you after a long time. A very funny situation must be happening to you at the park. Very nice details of this little fungi. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Best wishes to you and your family.

Cześć Grzegorz
Ciekawa prezentacja.
No ale to drobiazg
Pozdrawiam
Ania
