This time another photo from Przedborski Landscape Park. After Nehalennia speciosa photo here this time a couple of Polyommatus daphnis Photo was taken in the very strong sun.

Polyommatus daphnis Meleager's Blue

Wingspan: 33-37mm
Caterpillars host plants: Coronilla varia
Distribution: southern and central Europe, Minor Asia and Iran (in Poland and Germany on the northern border of its range)
Flight period: June to August
Habitat: dry meadows on calcareous rocks

Widze, ze pierwszy z odjazdowych modraszkow juz jest :-) Zazdroszcze pieknego zdjecia i ciekawego gatunku. Idealna ostrosc i super kolory. W dodatku zlapales komplet, mozna sobie porownac samca z samica :-)

A nice capture of these mating Meleager's Blue. The sharpness is very good. The black line in the bg is a little disturbing. But still then a superb shot. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Widzę, że Dafnidy już są, niestety u mnie na zeszłorocznym stanowisku jeszcze się nie pojawiły.
Ciekawe zdjęcie: ładne, miękkie kolory , ładny POV i kompozycja. Dobra ostrość i światło.
