[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this photo on last Sunday. Peacocks are often presented on TN so this time only a short note. You can see another POV in my WS here I hope you like it

Eye spot patterns are common in butterflies. Many species have this pattern on top side, underneath or both side of their front and hind wings. Those spot help the butterflies to survive. Some butterflies have two big eye spots on their hind wings. When they are at rest, they cover the eye spots by the front wings. When a predator come close, the butterfly will suddenly show the eye spots, to scare them away

Hello Krzysztof
Very well capture with perfect focus, vivid colors and beautiful composition
Regards
Razvan

This butterfly is easily the most attractive and its appearance on TN is very frequent, Chris.
Still, one never gets tired of it, especially when it is a beautiful shot like this one. You have captured it very well on the flowers we call Marigolds here in India.
Thanks and regards.
Ram

Hello Krzysztof,
A fine colourful shot to end the summer!
This Peacock nutterfly was taken with top quality sharpness and lighting and it contrasts well against the bright orange tagetes flowers.

Hello Krzysztof,
A well known butterfly, but very active and quite shy, so not easy to capture with wings opened. The sharpness is perfect and the light very well captured. Cheers,
Catherine

Hi Krzysztof.
Outstanding image of the beautiful species. Its pose and wingspread as well as your POV are amazing. Colour palette is fantastic and every colour tone is rich and clean. Details and sharpness of the butterfly image are exceptional and lightly blurred BG is great canvas for pictured beauty. Bravo.
Alexei.
