Yet another shot of the most common in my area Lycaenidae. The pictures was made yesterday during short trip with my camera ;-D
Unfortunatelly it wasn't happy trip because the weather becomes to be windy and stormy but I've made some good shots - I'll try to present all of them in few comming days ;-)

Hi Chris,
Beautiful shot, with excellent POV and brilliant colours.Sharp detail on body but wings are a bit soft - Maybe a narrower aperture would have got them all into focus?

Hi Chris,
it's a beautiful butterfly, most I love the striped antennaes. So pretty colours, sharpness could be a little better on the wings, anyway - very well done, I like it, thanks

lovely picture of this butterfly, DOF is a touch shallow, but I can live with it.

Hi Christopher,
pretty butterfly - pretty shot!
Sharp and clear, well exposed, well composed.
Slight backlight reduction by postwork might be tried to get a few more details on slightly overexposed blossoms and fringes of wings, but very good colours and sufficiently good details on wings. Excellent colours and details on the body.
Haven't seen this little beauty in my country yet.
Thank you! Best regards,
Peter

Hallo Chris,
beautiful colours and light. Body, hindwings and parts of the forewings are sharp. The POV and/or aperture parameters cause slight non-sharpness of the apical region, particularly, of the left forewing. Nevertheless, a well composed presentation.

Great shot of this butterfly. Excellent POV, DOF, color and BG

Oz

good effort. I do believe a single shot might not produce the image as wanted.

Hi Chris

You show this beautiful butterfly very well. Nice display of the wings. Good depth of colour. :-)

A very rare butterfly in Portugal.
Excellent shot Chris!
Very good POV and colours!
Very good DOF and details!
5* and TFS!

Once again I am charmed by one of your butterfly pictures. I like the white hairy outline which creates such a nice contrast with the brownish color of the wings. An excellent picture like the rest of them! Great composition and superb colors. Sharpness is good and the DOF crates such a nice defocused BG. Great job. Congratulations! TFS!

Regards,
Eddie
