Hi Waldemar,

Mycologically:
This is an Armillaria, very probably Armillaria ostoyae. Macrolepiota procera is very-very different.

Photographically:
1. Focus was good, but white balance settings weren't, the image got a strange cool tone, with dominating 'magenta'.
2. Too much background noise

A pity for the mistakes, this might be a nice pic, not "just another one" in the fungi category.
