I am jalous because I never find this nice mushroom.
In my opinion it is "Coprinus micaceus"... I think that Disseminatus is similar but more white... We need help of Marco Della Maggiora (sarcodon) !

Hi Robert,
Christian (TAZ) named me, but to identify Coprinus without microscopic analysis is hardly impossible.
I agree with him about colour of Coprinus disseminatus (Persoon 1801) Gray 1821, but it is impossible to be sure about Coprinus micaceus (Bulliard 1786) Fries 1838 or other specie.
However yours is a very good photo, congratulations.
