The colour of the water is really nice, the bird takes a good position and the composition is good. It's a good idea to have the main subject on the right side of the picture (not in the center), the negatif point is that oart of the bird is burnt (totaly white), maybe with a shorter speed had you had a better white, but i'm not sure. I think it's a good beginning,TFS.
