Hi Radoslaw,
you started with a very nice picture, the colours are lovely.
The low POV (Point of View) and DOF (Depth Of Field)are good,
the duck standout well from the BG.
But the composition could be a bit better, it's a to central,
just a more space in front of the duck and less behind would be nicer. I did a WS to show what I mean.

You composed your image very nicly, the nice POV that gives in a wonderful BG for your mallard.

Hello Radoslaw,

A warm welcome to TN.
Very nice image to start of with.
Technically very good with excellent sharpness, depth of field and exposuse.
Pose of the Mallard, colors and details are wonderful and so are the warm light and soft background color tones.
The duck is a bit to much centered in the frame in my opinion.
Would have, composition whise, better with a small crop of the right hand side of the image.
Also would love to have seen the board where it does stand on a little more straight.
It's a bit tilted to the left now wich does distract a little.
Nevertheless a very nice image.
Well done. Thanks for sharing and I hope to see more of these very nice uploads from you in the near future.

First a warm welcome to TN.
This is a great first post.
The details are extremely sharp.
Love the light on him.... and that sparkly eye!
Beautiful colors and good depth of field for the water.
As some other people mentioned already, putting the subject on the right third of the image instead of the middle would probably enhance the composition.
Enjoy the give-and-take on TN. I sure learned a lot that way.
