Hello Robert,
you show a nicely composed and fine picture of the hoverfly and the flower.
Details are great and the light is just perfect.
Depth of field could be slightly larger so that parts of the plant structures wouls become sharper.

What a delightful view. The details of both the flower and the insect are just eye-catching and I cannot say the one is better than the other. What a luck shot. You have been at the right spot at the right time. The combination of colours and the detail on the flower is great. A most appealing and bright and sunny sight. You have used the light well, emphasizing the golden stripes within the flower. Thanks for sharing. I appreciated this one very much.
