Hi Adrian,
i've been waiting and waiting, but still no sign of any electrical stiorms in my part of the world yet. Shall have to just satisfy myself with this shot, which is excellent...you were so lucky to get this during a 3 second exposure! Very wll done though, i love the ambient glow in the cloud. I may have been tempted to crop some of the lights at the bottom out, which are a little bit distracting.
Great moment though, thanks for sharing it.

Hi Adrian

Dramatic shot of mother nature showing fury.
I really like the shot with the purple hue in the clouds. Like Paul, I would have cropped out at least some of the lights and emphasise the lighning bolt and clouds. I have done a workshop to show you what I mean. Hope you don't mind.

Piękne zdjęcie...i to "moim" aparacikiem;-) Wspaniale wyczułeś moment błysku. Próbowałam kilka razy chwycić pioruna, ale zawsze albo było za późno albo za jasno.

Hi Adrian,

What a magnificent burst of lightening captured perfectly. I love the way it is lighting up the sky so we can see the clouds. We have been having light shows like this every night but they keep warning us to stay indoors and away from windows.

Gee, I am impressed with this shot. Great timing on your part. I love the light in the clouds. I like the workshop photo but I also like your version. Maybe just clone out the double red lights. I kind of like the starburst lights.

Your storms have come our way now, I don't like thunder and lightning but welcome the rain! This is one of the best captures f lightning that I've seen - it shows the immense natural power that makes us feel very small! Very well-timed and clear image in fantastic colours.
