Hi Greg

Another very nice addition to this friendly competition.
Also, another species i still have no shots from...although i might have seen it and have no idea that it's different from S. sangvineum or S. sriolatum. They are realy difficult to sepparate in the field :)

Technically, the photo is lovely, with an impeccable sharpness on the dragonfly and an excellent DOF that blurrs the BG superbly.
The lighting here is also very good and you managed to use it very well in terms of angle for your subject.
Great work!

Bravo and TFS
Horia

Hi Greg,

This is an other great shot! Your photo shows and excelent way of rendering the delicate structure of insect's wings. Head and body are also well presented with clear details and nice colors. The main subject and the background match in a very nice manner.

Thank you for sharing,
Cristian

Hi Grzegorz!

We should all take part in a "competition" like you and Horia. This would motivate us to improve our pictures. I just wonder if it's possible to get better pictures of damselflies as the ones we see from you and Horia...

Kind regards

Markus

It reminds me of the gymnasts on the ropes, twirling round and round... You can tell I've been watching too much Olympics on the TV.
Good shot Greg, the sharpness is good - those hairs on his legs show out strongly.
And perfect wings - well done
Janice

Witaj Grzegorzu,
Najwieksze wrażenie robią witrażowe skrzydełka i ogromne oczy. Ładne kadrowanie, dobre światło.
Pozdrawiam,
Jurek

Siema Wieko!
Jakosciowo jak zwykle super. Ta sigma trafila Ci sie chyba jakas wyjatkowa. Moja takich zdjec nie robila ;)
