Oh, those magic eyes, I love them ;-))
I wonder if your flies are relatives of my Thistle Stem Gall Fly, Urophora cardui? Yours are lighter in colour, but the magic eyes and the wing pattern look familiar, nonetheless.
Great capture with excellent sharpness, colours and DOF.
