[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Today nothing artistic or extraordinary - just simply spider :-) But look at him - beautiful, colorful and worth deeper study. Few years ago I read an article in Scientific American about spider's web. Incredible how many chemical reactions and compounds is needed to build simply spider's web. Men with knowledge and technology can't repeat this process. But little spider can. Mother nature's miracles.

Spiders have eight legs and an exoskeleton of two distinct body regions. Young spiderlings emerge from the egg sac and molt a total of four to twelve times, increasing in size with each molt. Most spiders live one or two years.
Living in a wide variety of habitats, spiders use many techniques for attracting, finding and capturing prey. As predators, spiders liquefy their food before eating by injecting digestive fluids into the paralyzed prey and then sucking it dry.
Benefits to humans- In addition to reducing local disease-carrying insects, spiders provide humans with other medical benefits. Spider venom is used in neurological research and may prevent permanent brain damage in stroke victims. The silk produced by spiders is used in many optical devices including laboratory instruments.

This spider has lost part of one of his front legs.
Your notes make very interesting reading.
Thanks Grzegorz.

No informas el tamaño aproximado de la araña.
Por qué F3.2 en este caso?

You do not inform the approximated size of spider.
Why F3.2 in this case?

Nice shot, very good bg details, it would have been good to increase Fstop.
Good frame.
TFS.

Nice picture Grzegorz.
Good details, nice colours.
It's a bit soft, and to much in the center.
Very good note.

Grzegorz, It's a great shot with an interesting note! F 3.2 might've been sufficient but in this case your DOF/detail on the subject suffered a little bit as you were shooting through the web. TFS!

Pity the view was not from the other side as I think the web has taken away quite a bit of the detail on the spider. Otherwise, very good post. Well done

Great pic!
The macro is great and the photo is very sharp indeed, but the BG is a bit distracting and to similar to the spider,(but that not your falt).
IMO the webs are distarbing and the POV is bad, if you could photo the back of the spider it was better!

WellDone

I like when you see the web int this kind of shots, but with this POV is a bit distracting. You did well considering that background intensity. This one would be nice to postprocess for a logo or somethig like that :DD

Salut Grzegorz!
Il semble que la mise au point s'est faite davantage sur la toile que sur l'araignée, mais ce n'est pas grave.
L'arrière-plan est sublime et ajoute énormément de profondeur à l'image.
Un excellent ouvrage: image et note.
Merci

Great macro, Grzegorz. Very good detail. Yes, nature is full of miracles.

This is great and the soft green BG supports this image well.

Very well done and thanks for posting
