Yeah, I know, nothing special for 85% od TNers :-) Although for me it is special - reptiles are very rare guests in my neighbourhood. Untill now I captured only Grass Snake few times. So Ladies and Gentlemen - this is my first lizard :-) We were in old turf moor last saturday. It was big, beautifull and full of interesting plant and animals. Joanna's father spotted this fast moving animal among wild berries. I took opportunity and took few photos. This time I had to use flash. It made small OE areas on shinning lizard's body, but I hope you like this special for me photo :-)

Might be the second, but it is very nice.
Good sharpness and colours, I like the shines of the flash on the body.
I dont know why reptiles are so rare in your neigbourhood, maybe it is too cold for them to survive in winter.
I will also have to post my first lizard soon, I shot several but never posted one, always obsesed with macros :)
Best regards, my friend.

Hi Greg ! There are lots and lots of lizards where I live, I see them almost every day, but I never got such a wonderful shot as yours ! Details, colors and composition are perfect, and the tiny OE spots on the lizard are no problem at all. Very well done !
Valérie.

Hi Greg,
Sharp and detailed, nice color, DOF, and light.
Great POV with some eye contact as well..
Very nice shot..and only your second reptile? ;)

Very cute lizard, Greg. Is this a small or big animal?
The texture of its skin resembles that of a snake in my opinion. But it is beautiful.
Excellent reptile picture from you.
TFS.

Hello Greg, you have a pretty little reptile here. And he is looking right at you, waiting to scoot away from you. I like the patters on his body, well done,

Hello Greg,
Good to see you found your lizard at last! ;-)
It's a great picture with perfect details and very natural colours. The pose of the lizard is very nice as well as the POV. There is many different elements on this picture, but that isn't distracting at all. I don't know how it is possible ;-)
VERY WELL DONE!

Witaj,
Znakomita ostrosc i GO, naturalne kolory...
