I will again tell you that you get a super foto where most of us would see a boring flower.
Excellent play with DOF! Congratulations MF, for this lovely photo.
PD: I have to send you a message, I dont forget ;)
Regards, Felipe.

Hi Greg, I really like the simplicity of this and the echoes of the orange flower throughout the frame. Good composition and nice soft light too. Well done.

Witam :-)
Piekna fotka, bardzo sloneczna i ciepla. Niesamowicie wygladaja te pomaranczowe plamy na jasnej mlodej zieleni... ale zatesknilem za latem....
Serdecznosci,
Michal
Hello Greg,
I like this nice composition, the orange spots on green are lovely. For ID my idea is "Crepis aurea"...
Congratulations my friend and TFS.
PS : in your country have you snow, here in French Alps yesterday we had 17°c for example, bad season for ski :-(

Hi Greg,
A very beautiful colored photo. Just love the contrast between the color and the shallow DOF. Great composition and sharpness.

Hi Greg,
A very colourful and attractive picture of what to me seems to be Pilosella aurantiaca, syn.: Hieracium aurantiacum, Fox-And-Cubs or Orange Hawkweed in English. They grow in clusters and can cover fairly wide areas amongst grass like yours also seems to do to judge from the glowing spots all around. Thank you very much for this picture which brightens the rest of my day, at least.

Dobri Denj Grzegorz,
I am not a botanist , but can assure you that this is hawkweed, to wit the orange type (Hieracium aurantiacum). It also exists in yellow. Have your pick:
Hieracium caespitosum (field hawkweed)
Hieracium pilosella (mouse ear hawkweed)
Hieracium sabaudum (savory hawkweed)
At my place I have tried to introduce the orange , as I only had the yellow. However i seems that conditions are not optimum for the orange. I can find plenty of orange hawkweed near the Bay of Fundy... But on the SW Coast of Nova Scotia it seems to be rare or non-existant.
Please note that in agricultural cicles this is considered a noxius weed
(Hieracium aurantiacum) is beautiful just th esame, as you proved in this great shot! No wonder you dedicated this to Joanna/Joasia

It is nice to see an original composition. I love the out of focus orange flowers dotting the background. The subject itself is perfectly exposed and wonderfully sharp. Nice work.
Nice work

Hi Greg,
Great Photograph! The backround is what really makes this one rock! I love the composition and framing on the foreground flower. Tack sharp with perfect DOF. The vibrant colors of the OOF flowers in the backround are very beautiful.
Very Cool :)
