I am not sure why no one has given you a positive critique of your very nice bird sitting upon her/his nest. David perhaps the photographers here are a bit tough. In anycase this is a very crisp well colored photo. You have caught the bird doing as birds do just right and that often takes time to do. Well done and welcome - we are both new to Trek Nature. I hope to see more of your works posted here. Nice JOB!
