I can see you need to chill down from the hot Portugese summer! And this is a great way...
I think the snow is very well exposed, great texture; and the plains take my eyes to the big clouds hovering in a distance...

I like your art picture so much, its interesting subject, excellent composition, pleasant "play" lights and shadows, very well selected POV and excellent sharpness of the image. Hi Ana,
I always like the view you get when standing on top of a mountain. It somehow confuses me a little since the clouds are most of the time in a different position then one would normally expect. You gave me that feeling in this photo a lot. Especially with so much land in the bottom part of the photo. I like the difference in texture between the snow and clouds especially since the are both white. This must have been a tricky photo to expose, but you nailed it.

That's an interesting tale. Aren't people funny about being the tallest?

This is a shot of an unusual sight. This is not an easy shot to expose correctly, but with so much white in the image I think it is a bit underexposed.... therefore the snow looks gray. Compensating up a stop may have brightened it a bit without blowing out the clouds. I did a workshop using an adjustment layer.

Thanks for sharing an out of the ordinary scene.
