Very nice Paulo it is very freshly emerged, the detail is very well seen. the only minnor down side I would say is the dark shadow on the right edge of the expanding wings, did you use a flash to capture it or was it a very bright day?

Excellent capture with great dof/sharpness showing a lot of details. Wonderful colours and the flash really darkened the background and set the bf off amazingly. You really had a great luck to be there and you captured it well - tfs.

Impressive! I've seen newly emerged darters, but never a newly emerged butterfly. Interesting to see how the wings unfold. Also, the body looks a lot thicker than it is in grown up species, so I wonder if they do the same sort of "pumping themselves up" that the dragonflies do.
