I love the tree in this photo, what a great shot at just the right moment. Those are hard to catch with wildlife! I do agree with Martrim that it gives a sense of solitude with the tree positioned like you have it. I just wanted to see what it would look like cropped and brightened a bit. Great shot.

I think this is one of the few times a photo subjevt framed dead center can be properly done. I like the sense of solitude it protrays, especially with the large, blank sky. Yet, between the birds and the green trees of the background, you also get the sense of "life lives on".
