C'est vrai, c'est tres difficile! You managed the limited DOF perfectly and focused spot-on on the head and eye, with lots of detail. A good composition too, the tilt with the heavy thingy they transport gives it a "heavy" impact (bad pun, sorry).

Hello Pedro
Very nice capture of the ant under the circumstances - I like the angle of the shot. Most of the sources on the web suggest that ants can move objects about 20 times their body weight and this one does not appear to be an exception. The high contrast adds drama to the shot, but it may suppress some of the detail. I posted a WS to flatten the contrast somewhat.
