Dear Mikolaj,

I saw your recent 3/4 photographs in the landscape series. All of them were nice but some of them were, i would say, a little bit soft focussed.

In this photo I see neither the nearest hillock nor the farthest islands are sharply focussed. Even the in between cliff-wall is softly focussed. It may so happen you did focus well on the nearest right hand hillock but overexposition killed the details on it. I am not an expert, so I would recommend discussing it with someone knowledgable. There are many on TN.

I hope you will not be offended by my words which were by no means very kind but all the same these landscapes from portugal are fabulous. A little judgement shall render them to acclaim.

Fine point of view with strong foreground interest, good sense of depth in the composition...

The rock formations are well captured by the photographer, I think an extra sharpening would help the display. The colors of the rocksm, vegetation and of the ocean are an asset to the photo. Thanks for sharing.
