[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Last year, I experienced a beautiful spring in Algarve, Portugal. This is one of the finest flowers, that I found. The flower diameter is aproximately two centimeters and the plant hight is about 12 centimeters. It has a narrow barbed leaves, like that of Echinops. It grew lonely and did not abound in the area.
I will thank to anyone who help me to identify the plant.

Great take. I found the beauty of pale purple is further enhance by the dark blue towards the center. Great DOF and POV too.

Hello Yedidia,
Beautiful flower.
Maybe Ori Fragman Sapir can help to identify it.
Well done

A beautiful composite flower captured perfectly in a sharp composition against a natural and adequately OOF BG Yedidia, let's hope we hear on it from Ori...
