Wonderful clarity,the plumage is well defined with lovely eye detail and catch light.

I have missed this one. You must be one of the selected few people who will celebrate b-day each year on the same festive mood as everybody all over the world to welcome the new year. So I must congratulate you for this milestone event.

Happy birthday to you - belated one.

Well 46 is somewhere on the upper middle class I guess. And it is really time to look after your health - start to actively exercise.

The bird seems thoughtful here in the snow scene and perhaps it represents what you are doing with your passing of 46 years and planning for the future ones.

Very good sharpness and a flash due to dim light, but perhaps I would use the f/4 for the bokeh and speed [without flash able to do it?]

It will be nice if the bokeh blur is strong and less distracting, what do you think?

Belate Birthday wishes and wishes for a peaceful and healthy New Year.
The image has a lot of colour coordination in it,somhow the colours of white and rust brown on the birdie seem to reflect all around the scene in the brown of the branches and white of the snow.Very well captured with fine sharpness and clarity.The catchlight on its eye makes it more lively.Very well done.

A beautiful bird - if it's a sparrow it is one I have not seen before. He's probably thinking about the past and future like you - remembering when he was warm and wondering when he will be warm again. Lovely colors, details and composition.

I like the situation, the sparrow with inflated feather to retin heat between snowed branches. For me is a goood pic, very well taken in soft light condition
