Hi Cristian. Most of the time i take pictures of birds and know just what you a talking about. We all need luck on are side . i can go out for a day and come home with very liitle so show for it . And next time loads of picture very odd. But that is what makes it so interesting for me.
You have taken this picture with good detail and rich colours. As you say good use of the light on the head. I wonder why it sat on the snow. TFS.

Hello Cristian,
Nice capture of a very brown looking female Blackbird. Taken from a fine POV, she contrasts well against the OOF spruce BG with good sharpness and lighting and I like the way she sits on a piece of snow!

Hi Cristian,

What a nice surprise you must have had to see the bird perched on the snow! I wish we had blackbirds here - I would love to see one. The pose, lighting, colors, and details are all excellent. The composition is superb.

ce poza interesanta, mierloiul pe bulgarele de zapada! Lumina ce cade pe capul mierlei este deosebita. Poza este deosebit de clara
si profilul mierlei l-ai prins la fix.
