Hi Cristian. It has warmed up in southern England the last few day. I have seen some butterflies around. I do like the way you were able to take the helleborus with their head just above the snow. nice to see the colour on the white snow. well done TFS.

Very nice scene. Fine small blossoming flowers among the fresh snow are looked perfectly. I like selected DOF so much. Ratio of sharpness and blurriness are fine. Exposure and snow reproduction is brilliant as well as lights and delicate colours. Bravo. Excellent picture.

Intradevar, titlu foarte potrivit pt aceste flori de primavara, care infloresc destul de devreme, incainte ca riscul unor ninsori sa fi trecut. Ca si in aceasta fotografie. Imi place ca nu toate florile sunt in focus.

What a wonderfully creative and orginal a composition.I love the title....so natural..they are indeed fighting for survival in the bitter winter cold.

The exposure with the snow may not have been one of the easiest for you, but you have handled it quite deftly. And i am so smitten by the delicate flowers of olive green, pink and white petals.They remind me of the "Little Women",absolutely wonderful and looking so delicate and dainty yet putting up a brave face in the testing times of their lives.A really warm and endearing composition simple in its presentation but very meaningful and full of originality.

This is easily one of my "Unforgettable Favourites" and goes right into the theme.

Fantastic composition Cristian. The focus on the Helleborus is excellent and the light perfectly captured, avoiding surexposure. Not an easy shot because of the reflection of the snow. You white balance is very good too. The result is an artistic composition. Best regards,

Grupul de spanz pe care l-ai pozat e super, mult mai frumosi decat ceea ce am pozat eu. E o planta pe care o admir mult, tocmai pentru faptul ca infloreste in aceasta perioada. Imi place compozitia, umbrele de pe zapada si nuantele zapezii sunt tocmai bune pentru aceste plante.

Nice diagonal composition of plants on snow. Sunlight falling on snow and plants and sharp focus gives good details.
