Very good photo of this colourfull beetle (probably Dlochrysa fastuosa).
If the focus wasn't a bit too soft the photo would be almost perfect.
I like the composition and POV very much.

Hi, it's Dlochrysa fastuosa (Family: Chrysomelidae - leaf beetles), it lives on various plants of Labiatae family, particularly on Lamium (eg. Lamium album).

I like this picture. It's an almost monochore picture, including the bug, except for few reflexion which positively attarct the attention on your subject. Composition, exposure, focus and DOF...no comment since it is well controled. TFS
