You have presented this fine plant very well. First of all I like wonderful DOF. Both flowers with attractive visitor are in focus and natural surroundings are blurred pleasantly. Lights and colours are amazing. And details of the flower petals and hearts are superb. I also like impressive POV and excellent composition of the picture. Well done and TFS.

I agree with you, Pulsatillas are so beautiful flowers. We have some species flowering in late April, beginning of May in our mountain regions too.
A pleasant trio in a very natural surrounding. And a little "plus" with the bee.

If I am not mistaken, this is a medicinal plant if used correctly. I have heard of some in the old fashioned hippie circle speak of it....also the Arnica Montana but not sure if there is any relation but both have medical use and this may be a first for TN. Well seen!

I see you've posted some lovely spring flowers lately, I must return to have a good look! But this one is one of my favourites, already past flowering here. A lovely capture in beautiful colours and with the little Bee collecting pollen. Great sharpness in this fine composition too.
