[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Enormous limestone boulders the size of trucks and full grown trees are the casualties of countless floods and the forces of nature deep in the 5 km long Cheile Bicaz, or Bicaz Gorge. A 2 stop ND grad filter was also used to reduce flare from the foggy mountain tops in the background.

Hi Steeve ant Ioana,
You have a wonderful picture. I like the large field of view of your background, we can see very far (mountains and over the river). Nice colours particulary the stones.
Thanks for sharing,

Claude

One day, if I ever find the time and the exact instructions....I will try this type of picture with moving waters. While somewhat common with others, it has eluded me. It certainly has not hidden from you....as your unique style of pictures continues on. A well learned trade for mann with two countries...

Hi Steeve ant Ioana,
Another great landscape shot from you with perfect exposure and beautiful composition.

This is a lovely composition of what looks like a very nice place to visit. I like following the stream deep into the scene. I think the slow shutter speed may have resulted in a bit too much white which I find a little distracting.

Hi Steve

Some people specialise in mountains or ice or sunsets, you seem to have moving water off to a tee. the water and the composition are excellent and the BG really shows where the fallen trunk comes from. Very nicely done.

Hi Steve,
This is a realy beauty. The silky texture of this rapid is very wonderful. As Emma mentioned, you are becomming the specialist on moving water. I like the way the water flows into the senery and exits again. The composition with the boulder in the FG is also perfect. Love the depth and details. I am more and more stunned by the beauty of this area.

Niek
