I am afraid that I cant tell you the species of this Dragon but the colour change could be a male or female?
Very good use of the monopod to capture this..The dof is spot on giving a really good perspective over the wings..the body is naturally sharp.

Excellent work, Cristian, through this impressive light. Probably the capture time is late afternoon as the light is very moody.
Secondly the focus is great as well as the depth of field.

Ouch! That is sharp..I think when one gets down to this particular level or macro level, then both Nikon and Canon do well as long as the person behind the camera knows what they are doing which you obviously did here...Kind of neat the way the insect blends into the perch...almost a subtle one so much it becomes one with nature...
