[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There are 6-7 years since I'm spending hours and hours every spring, watching the life of these vonderful birds - The Bee-eaters. There are not other bird in Romania so vivid coloured, maybe the Kingfishers but I'm not very sure, and all the colours of a rainbow can be seen on this bird.
Male and female are spending a lot of time together, theirs bodyes touch sometime each other and I never knew which one is the male and the female. Both of them are same saize and colours.
This spring I saw for the first time the moment of the mating.
I used Canon 30D + Canon EF 400 5,6L USM on P mode, f=5,6; 1/250 s; 160 ISO.

great colors, the focus is great on the top bird, but the bottom bird it seems a little soft, great shot and timing
