Hello Horia,
Fine capture of C.puella as seen from the dorsal POV. Excellent sharpness showing good details and superb BG. The almost white areas on the head, thorax and tip of abdomen suggest that this individual has not quite matured. The central composition works well here.
I like the framing.
Took a couple of shots of C. armatum the other day but they didn't turn out well.

This is an impeccable picture!
I like so much the high quality of the image, their sharpness and clear details got on the insect.
Very good the vertical pose and the same composition made to fit into.
Great the DOF used to get that diffent planes of depth on the grasses.

Great shot and well presented. I really like the style of framing, it really takes nothing away from the subject of the photo. It is a nice shot, good colour, DOF and sharpness. The background looks a little grainy but nothing much to worry about.

this is really nice and artistic presentation! you could manage the shot with razor sharp focus and excellent POV in vertical position. The single blade of grass mark its simplicity, yes it is simple in concept but wealthy with idea ... don't you think :),actually I don't really like framing, but your frame somehow make the picture even more superb!

This is another very "design" picture! This vertical POV and composition gives are terrific. This looks sophisticated :) I can almost see this picture as a contemporary sculpture. Those vertical grasses are very aesthetics. I told you that you should have been an architect ;) Well done!

Lovely, just lovely, and I like it a lot. A quality capture of this beautiful, delicate, and graceful little damsel.

I like the vertical composition and although the insect is almost right in the centre I believe this is one of those shots where the rules simply do not apply. It has great visual stimulus dissecting the photo in half with strong parallel lines on the vertical. The top view of the insect clearly shows the typical damselfly posture with the closed wings when in rest. The colours are stunning and the details are absolutely superb. The exposure is faultless and the well OOF and isolated BG does well to augment the insect and the entire shot for that matter of fact.
