I found this nice toad in the parc last night and by chance i managed to catch it as it was jumping
Here is some info on the subject:
The European green toad BUFO VIRIDIS is a toad found in mainland Europe, Asia, and Northern Africa. They habitate many areas, including praires, mountainous areas, semi-deserts, and urban areas. There are slight variations in the colors and patterns of these toads across their range.

These are widely sold as pets. Like most other toads, these toads will change their color in response to heat and light changes, but to a greater degree than others. Also similar to other toads, the European Green Toad has glands behind it's neck that secrete a toxin when the toad is threatened. The myth that touching a toad can cause warts is false. They can reach a maximum size of 6", but growth to this size is rare. As they eat mainly insects, they are insectivores.

Excelent moment surprins! Imi plac foarte mult culorile aici si de asemenea detaliile clare cu care este redata textura pielii broastei.
