HI Horia,
Another great abstract shot, pin sharp detail and great colours. Personally i can't help but see an aerial shot of a river delta with it's flood plains from space, tributaries running off and the green patches the fertilzed areas along their banks. But maybe thats just me...
Great stuff though, keep them coming.
Paul.

Hello Horia,
very creative, inspiring, poetical, and clear.
An eye-catcher from the thumbnail, that made me read "Romania" and made me think of a view of a lush subtropical river delta seen from an airplane.
Very refreshing, very well made, turning an everyday observation into something very special. A winner!
Thank you! My best regards from rainy Vienna,
Peter
Wow! This is definately oone of my favourite abstract shots on TN. In fact, I'm going to have to add this to my favourites theme... it is so good!
I definately see a patchwork of farmland and fields, seen from a plane, with a luminescent river, green with pesticides, running across it!
Anyway,
+++ The sharpness and detail is amazing and conserved by the excellent clarity.
Vibrent colours and great lighting to show them off.
--- Nothing :D
A great capture Horia!
Keep snapping.
Joe
Hello Horia
A well taken shot as always.
I see reptile skin..Im not sure of what reptile but if you can see marching scythes then im sure you will allow me purely and simply reptile skin!!
A good idea again Horia and a break from the norm.
All the Best

Hi Horia!
I like your very artistic picture, mainly because of the abstract aspect. The composition with the diagonals and the colors are superb! It's perfectly sharp and shows a lot of details.
Well seen, well done!
Kind regards

Hello Horia,
Another brick in the wall...? Not really as the artist composed 'his song' very well:-)
Shouldn't you contact Pink Floyd for copyright issues or better do the opposite: "hey guys, have a cover for your new album!";-)
Did an autumn walk in the forest yesterday(with camera of course), a bit with your images in mind; the colours, structures, patterns are really amazing and sometimes beautiness can be found in little things...
Well done

Hello Horia,
This is a strange pattern captured in this leaf!
Don't think I have seen anything quite like it, and the photo job is well done with fine natural colours and sharp fine details!
Greetings,
Pablo -
Hi Horia.
I am very glad that you have shared this amazing picture. I have something similar shot (taking at magnification ratio 2:1) but I do nor dare to post it. Very creative subject and wonderful colour pattern. It is clear that details are superb too. Cropping, framing and composition are excellent. Thanks a lot and heart wishes. Perfect job. It would be interesting to capture this leaf by Sigma 700-300 and compare them.
Alexei.
P.S. My macro lens (100 mm) has very slow but very exact auto focus. Because of it hunts very seldom (if you know how use it) I usually focus quickly. I often use AF and only when it works badly I help it manually. In any case should know the character of own equipment and it will be work for you perfectly. You understand me, I am sure, because of your using of your compact camera is cool (as well as the new camera).

Hello Horia,
These close-ups on tiny details of nature are amazingly a door open on imagination and possible interptretations. Excellent framing showing natural art with excellent balance of colours and shapes. Well seen, Horia
Thanks

Hi Horia
Very nice artistic photo of nature.
What concerns my imagination - I see Amazonian rain forest from above (of course I haven't seen it in real life). The light green are rivers - one big, let's say - Amazon river the smaller ones - its tributaries. Dark green are forests and brown are the places where the froest was cut and turned into fields.
Hope you like the explanation

Oh boy... you don't ask for much do you?! I do see a wonderful abstract pattern with gorgeous color. The thumbnail certainly doesn't do it justice. I like this one lots!

Salut Horia,

Hi Horia, what a nice picture. You want to know what we see? Well, I see some embroidered canvas, mostly on the left side, below. It is such a beautiful pattern. I love macro for what it gets you to see. Bravo.

Hi Horia,
Good shot! jejejeje
It was a good idea to look close at the leave.
The result is so artistic and beautiful.
The colours/patterns seen are so vivid and interesting ones to look at.
To me resembles an illustration technique that consist to paint with a chlorine solution that brighten the colours, and is like if were applied along the nerves of the leaf.
A very creative presentation!
Best regards,
JM

Hello Horia,
This is an abstract macro capture to fire the imagination!
The first that comes to my mind, like to most of us, is an areal view of Amazonas, but it can also be applied as a design for batik dyeing, with the darker green flowing a little into the lighter.
Nice food for thought!
Thanks and best wishes, Ivan

Hello Horia,
This is very beautiful! To me it looks like a view taken from a satellite of a river in the rainforest that's suffering from eutrophication and is covered by algae. Along the arms there are lines of lush forest with brown patches where the local people have little plots for growing their food.
It's very refreshing to see a bit of "abstract" photography now and then! Well done!
Many thanks and cheers, Ulla

What a fun game...I must be too tired this AM. My brain is on rest mode...but if I must..I see a strange form of green lightning..bolting downwards and yet because of its being green and not quite the same it leaves a mystery around which to build a story...which come to think of it,,,is just what you asked:-) Art and patterns in energy are called Wu-li in Chinese. This means patterns of organic energy. It is a basic concept of some Buddhist beliefs..

Hi Horia,
I see dark green tree tops, light green grassy valleys, streams running into the main river, and rocky brown upland areas on the edges.
Nicely composed pattern image with great details and pleasing colors.

Hello Horia,
Great title/theme and open "invitation".
I'm sorry, my Pink Floyd days were kind of a blur, don't recall the video you speak of..and I'm at a loss to offer any imaginative take on this right now, hey it's 5:00 AM :)
Anyway, very good detail, texture, color, and..the possibilities are endless ;}
Well done & have a great weekend!

Hello Horia,
Thanks very much! Now I'm gonna spend hours looking at this picture trying to "use my imagination" ;-)
I'm rubbish at things like that ;-) Let say it's a row of flat spotted dark green caterpillars. Told you I was bad!
It is a very "good shot" though ;-)
WELL DONE!
Cheers,
Monika
