Hello mate.
The HDR has worked well to give a very natural shot, perfectly exposed, with lovely warm colours and tones.
Compositionally spot on too.

Foarte frumos, inca o data

Hi Horia!
That's a very nice job on hdr, most hdr shots are identifiable, they have a certain look that can be recognized. While your work looks more like a 'normal' shot but with much more contrast. I think that's the goal that should be with hdr. Besides the technique the picture is wonderful, with the red tree breaking the paler tones, while the seasonal character is still there in the image. TFS!
Best regards,
Andor

It is a marvellous landscape, Horia. I couldn't tell if doing it manually would have been great but while looking at the picture before I read your notes, I was wondering how in heaven you were getting to such beautiful texture, colours and light. First, the picture is sensational. Your pov is perfect, with the clouds bringing movement and the perspective is just great to let the eyes move all over the frame. The red tree is the fundamental in your picutre. Also, I really like that the HD effect has not been too strong, it is subtle so it stays very natural. Yet there is another world effect to it, like in a dreamscape. Superb.

Hi Horia, Something quite different from you tonight , this could have been taken in the English countryside. I like the compositon with the main tree with its bronze leaves. This was taken when there were many patterns in the fluffy clouds. a very pleasing picture to look at. well done my friend. TFS.

I was late today watching TV and all from India Live via my Punjabi friends dish....but as soon as I saw thumbnail I thought of you and our talk via cyber....It is one of you VERY good landscape shots...In this world of craziness....funny how this works...the rich,..they hide their money safe...and when they come out of it just before, they buy artwork..You have a treasury of these...You really could be driving a Jaguar by now:-)

Hi Horia.
It is really delicate use of HDR technique. I like a result so much as well as I like selection of subject for shooting. It is amazing. All pictured objects are wonderful and all together they create a fine composition. I cannot select more pleasant subject. Cloudy sky, impressive red tree, remote trees and meadow are looked amazingly. DOF, sharpness and vertical orientation of the scene are the most impressive too. Well done and kind regards,
Alexei.

Hello Horia,
Great work with a fine result in this autumnal landscape, the dominating red tree giving the rolling landscape a fine perspective that is complimented by the lightly clouded sky.
This area must be a haven for butterflies in the summer, but I can see some similarity to Bob's work and the dedication is appropriate.
TFs this deligtful view,
All the best,
Ivan

This is glorious Horia.
Simple and very effective composition, and the light/color is fabulous..really.
This is one of those images where everything just seems to fit perfectly.
Definitely a wall-hanger :)
Very well done,
Howard
Horia,
You're among the few I miss most here on TN even when I was not active here. I will try to be a little more involved, though it's hard to manage and I try not to spend too much time on the computer, at work all day and at home too would just be a little too much.
Anyway, about this image. I Love it. Simple, clean, refreshing, naturally beautiful, composition at its best, I like that you choose the vertical format to show more of the beautiful sky with clouds, a little more clouds would make it too dark and not enough contrast. I'm sure the landscape format showing wider view would also be nice, I'm sure you got one of that too in your archive somewhere. Thanks Horia. Hope all is well with you.

Hi Horia
It looks like I have missed some stunning photos from you. The bright tree and the simple but elegant composition caught my eye here. This is a lovely and subtle HDR so it is skillfully done.

P.S. Thanks for the useful comments and suggestions on my attempt at a landscape shot

Hi Horia,
Hard to tell that this is a HDR photo...and that is a good sign. But, now that I know there are some signs that does show its an HDR. The dynamic range is huge and perfect. There is so much light in the bottom part of the photo, and the sky has this wonderful tonality. About that sky, the sun did give it that wonderful evening glow.
The single tree with its vibrant red leaves is a must have object. Its position amid the hills and forest is great and its color is a stunner.
TFS,
Niek
