Not quite autumn

Not quite autumn yet...at least not here and not in the forest i visited today.
I escaped a bit from the city with a friend who had some work out in the countryside and so i went with him to check if the fall colors have settled in already. Since it's been so warm here lately, they haven't shifted yet so i just walked around the forest looking for simple, common elements to photograph. I found some nice ferns and some crocuses (i think) and use them in some of the shots.
Hope you'll like it and thanks for visiting.

Hi Horia
An effective composition, beautifully captured. Great work.

Buna Horia
Imi place.
Toate cele bune

An awesome shot with this amazing natural tilt...
Bravo!
Very well done, Horia!

Hi Horia,
looks like springtime, indeed. Nicely simple, pleasantly quiet composition with those ferns in the foreground. 5 seconds exposure - and not even the ferns moving. Must have been a very calm place. We also had an unusually warm, dry and sunny September. Wondering about those flowers in your picture: Colchicum autumnale? Would expect to see them in the meadows, but rather unusual to see them growing in the shadow of trees.
With thanks, and best regards,
Peter
