The composition is fantastic.
We have an almost wide-angle view of it!
Sharp with lots of detail and good clarity.
Superb lighting and I love the earthy colours. This guy is very camouflaged!

Hi Radek and nice to see you again here, my dear friend :)
I hope you are well.
Again an excellent and very educational post from you.
A very good photo and a very nice note, too.
Excellent details on this spider - with great textures and light on the important elements. Also, the DOF is rather well chosen to focus on the important part of the spider and exclude as much as possible from the surroundings.
Overall: very nice and interesting.
Bravo and TFS

Hi Radomir,
Excellent image!
I like a lot the close approach and sharp details got.
I feel like been seeing by the spider.
The good exposure settings helped to stand out the insect from the almost same colour background.
It's so interesting the info in your notes.
Congratulations and thanks for share it.
My best regards,
JM

Hello Radomir,
Very nice capture of this spider. Excellent POV and sharpness. Good composition. Very nice natural colours. You could even take the picture of a snail under the spider.
Cheers,
Mariki
PS: I tried to find the ID on internet. I found Schizocosa sp. (www.cirrusimage.com/spider_wolf.htm)

Hi Radomir.
Excellent photo and superb note. I like both of them. However, my main words are about image. As usual, terrific sharpness and details of the spider image and its impressive surroundings. We can see all even tiniest denials of the scene. I also like unusual and impressive colour palette and perfect flash work. Framing is precise and wonderful too. My compliments and kind wishes.
Alexei.

Hi Radomir,
Wonderful profile shot of this Wolf Spider. Looks so scary with those long legs and huge abdomen. Perfectly camouflaged too. I like your low POV and composition. Kudos.

Hello Radomir,
Brilliant macro of this Wolf Spider. Spiders are very fascinating and I had a phase when I tried to learn more about them but soon gave up! Thanks for your note that helps!
You're showing us excellent sharp details here and I like the way you've managed to get such a low POV. Well done!
Many thanks and best wishes, Ulla
Hello Radomir,
Great shot of a Wolf Spider and really excellent for a first-spider shot.
I like the lateral POV taken with good focusing and sharpness and though the impression is that it is a little dark, the colours look natural and the use of flash has brightened its eyes.
Good one, Radomir, and thanks for sharing it and the fine informative and educational note.
Best wishes from Åhus,
Ivan
This is a fat female Hogna radiata, it is a rather thermophil species. Schizocosa is a Nearctic genus. They make docile pets, but i couldnt personally manage to keep long to breed. A good one. TFS

A very succesful "first try" Radomir, the lateral POV shows the spider to a perfection in fine detail and gives a sound idea about its habitual surroundings. And it is a pleasure reading your detailed notes my friend, TFS and cheers,
Mehmet

Hi Radomir,
My goodness!!! This is frightening looking beast. Great shot though with stunning detail. Love the way me merges into the undergrowth, but is clearly on dislay. I love the picture, but I doubt it's one I like hanging on my bedroom wall!
