I don't know werry weel Fungi Kingdom, but I like to shot it. All I now is a tinder, if somebody know please advise me. It leaves in a spruce forest, at aprox. 1100 m altitude, by a dry spruce stock.

I was informed by cosmin, this tinder is Fomitopsis pinicola, a commoun spruce tinder in Romania. |

No doubt about it - it is a Fomitopsis Pinicola, common also here in Iberic Zone (Portugal/Spain), growing during all the year in high places mainly in "abeto trees" (sorry, I don't know the name in english). Not edible fungi. The drops produced in the downside don't leave margin for confusing it.
