Beau avec les petites bulles ,je ne connais pas les champignons. Thomas

Hi Parvulescu
No doubt about it - it is a Fomitopsis Pinicola, common also here in Iberic Zone (Portugal/Spain), growing during all the year in high places mainly in "abeto trees" (sorry, I don't know the name in english). Not edible fungi. The drops produced in the downside don't leave margin for confusing it.
Nice shot
Regards
Guilherme
