The Spotted Fritillary (Melitaea didyma) is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It is found primarily in Southern and Central Europe.
he wingspan is 35-50 mm. The butterfly flies from April to September depending on the location.
The larvae feed on various plants, including Linaria, Plantago lanceolata, Veronica, Centaurea jacea and Digitalis purpurea. |

Hello Andrei,
This species I haven't met jet, you took very good shot, wings are spread and sharp, maybe light is too poor and colours aren't enough alive.
